Memory Quilt Top Finished

I made this memory quilt for a friend’s mom out of his dad’s (her spouse’s) old shirts.  Most are Tommy Bahama shirts but not all.  The top measures approx 54 in X 67 in.  It is machine pieced and will be machine quilted.  There’s enough fabric left from the shirts for at least a couple more quilt tops of similar size.

Love the embroidered fish/flowers on the black fabric.

I love labels (see the quilt I made using labels) so have made sure a few were incorporated into the quilt top.
